1. Who we are

Andy's Adventures Vehicle Repair ("AAVR", "we", "us") operates this website (2735 Day St, Winnipeg, MB). Questions about your data? Contact [email protected] or (204) 996-4425.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form submissions: your name, email, phone (optional), preferred contact method, and message. We use this only to read your inquiry and get back to you about your vehicle. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms (see section 4); we do not run our own database.
• vCard download: if you download our contact card (aavr.vcf), no data is collected on our side. The file is static and only saves AAVR's name, phone, email, and address to your phone.

This is a simple static website. There is no user account, no AI chat, no login, and no tracking profile.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. If privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled by the site owner, it is cookieless and IP-anonymized and does not build a profile of you. Display fonts (Bebas Neue + Inter) are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request (see section 5).

4. Where your data lives

When you submit the contact form, your message is processed by Web3Forms and emailed to the shop. We do not store your submission in our own database or back it up — there is no server-side database on this site. Web3Forms holds the submission only to deliver it; see their privacy policy for their retention and security details. All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Third parties

• Web3Forms: processes your contact-form submission and emails it to the shop. Privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and (if enabled) provides cookieless analytics. Privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: serves the display fonts; receives your IP address per page load, with no cookies and none of your form content. Privacy policy.

6. How we reply

There is no automated email reply. When you submit the form, your message goes to the shop and Andy contacts you back directly by phone, text, or email — whichever you asked for. For urgent repairs, call or text (204) 996-4425.

7. Retention

Because this site has no database, the only copy of your inquiry is the email it generates plus whatever Web3Forms holds to deliver it (per their policy). To have your inquiry deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it from our inbox. If Andy performs paid work on your vehicle, the invoice for that job is kept for 7 years in his accounting system as required by Canada Revenue Agency rules — separate from this website.

8. Your rights under PIPEDA

PIPEDA is the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Security

This is a static website served over HTTPS/TLS, with no server-side database or login to attack. Your contact-form data is transmitted securely to Web3Forms. We do not store credit card details or government identifiers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
